I began my career as a private practice therapist with the goal of providing personalized mental health support to those in need. Over the years, my passion for helping people navigate trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges grew stronger. I spent 16 years at a leading mental health agency, where I worked closely with adolescents and their families in addiction prevention and treatment. This experience laid the foundation for my current practice, where I’ve focused on delivering tailored therapeutic approaches to individuals and couples facing difficult life circumstances. My goal has always been to empower my clients, offering them the tools they need to achieve lasting healing and resilience.
My commitment to serving first responders came from seeing the unique mental health needs of those who dedicate their lives to keeping us safe. As I began working with public safety professionals, I saw firsthand how challenging it could be for them to seek the help they needed. Over time, I built trusted relationships with these individuals, providing them with trauma-informed care that addressed their specific needs. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and it continues to fuel my dedication to helping those who serve and protect others. Today, I’m proud to offer my expertise to both individuals and the wider community, guiding them through life’s toughest challenges.
